This User Agreement regulates the relations between the B2B Portal (hereinafter — the "Administration") and the Internet user (hereinafter — the "User") arising when using the internet resource.
1. General Provisions
The use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of current legislation.
By gaining access to the materials of the Site, the User is considered to have joined this Agreement.
2. User Obligations
- The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Russian law or norms of international law;
- Comments and other records of the User on the Site must not conflict with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics;
- When requesting commercial offers, the User undertakes to provide reliable information about themselves and/or their company.
3. B2B Specifics
All prices indicated on the Site are for informational purposes only and are not a public offer. The exact conditions for OEM production, wholesale prices, and logistics conditions are fixed in an individual contract.
4. Changing Terms
The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on the site.
