This policy describes the processing of data submitted with OEM/private-label enquiries. The controller details, retention periods and legal wording must be confirmed by Russian legal counsel before paid advertising begins.
1. Data processed
Name, company or brand, preferred contact method and contact details, product category, estimated volume, logo, colour, packaging and mould requirements, enquiry text, consent records, and attribution data such as UTM tags, yclid, Metrica ClientID, landing and submission pages, and referrer.
2. Purpose and basis
Data is used to assess an enquiry, prepare an offer, contact the customer about the project, prevent spam and measure advertising effectiveness. The form can only be submitted after separate affirmative consent.
3. Localisation and transfers
Personal data from Russian visitors is first recorded and subsequently processed in a database located in the Russian Federation. The complete enquiry is not copied to databases outside Russia by default. Telegram and email receive only a de-identified notice containing the Lead ID and broad project details, without the name, phone number, email address or message text.
4. Analytics and cookies
Yandex Metrica loads only after the visitor chooses to accept analytics cookies. Names, contact details, messages and other personal data are never sent as analytics event parameters. Rejecting analytics does not prevent an enquiry.
5. Retention and security
Data is kept only as long as required for the processing purpose and applicable law. Full records are available only to authorised staff through a protected administration area. Access control, content-free logging, rate limits and anti-automation controls are applied.
6. Individual rights
A person may request access, correction, restriction or deletion and may withdraw consent. The request channel and complete controller details must be published before advertising starts. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
